CAMERON COUNTY 27, COUDERSPORT 18

EMPORIUM – Antonio Johnson ran 18 times for 115 yards and two touchdowns to help Cameron County to its first win of the season, 27-18 over visiting Coudersport, Friday night.

Johnson scored the Red Raiders (1-5) first touchdowns (4-yard run) and last touchdown (31-yard run) while Tony Olivett (6-yard run) and Dylan Armstrong (20-yard pass from Tucker Britton) scored the middle two scores for Cameron County.

Ethan Hite was involved in two of the three Coudersport scores tossing a 46-yard touchdown pass to Mitch Freeman and also scoring on a 15-yard run. Alex Hershey added a 9-yard scoring run for Coudersport late in the first half that gave the Falcons an 18-7 lead at the time.

But Olivett scored on a 6-yard run with 38 seconds to play before the half to give the Red Raiders momentum heading into halftime, and they outscored Coudersport (1-5) 12-0 in the second half.

Freeman ran 15 times for 52 yards, while Hershey had five carries for 30 yards and caught five passes for 57 yards for the Falcons.

Armstrong had four catches for 83 yards and the touchdown for Cameron County.
