Legislation Could Ban Teacher Strikes Across Pennsylvania

RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Bargaining is under way in a number of school districts across the Alleghenies, but there's also some legislation in the pipeline that would prohibit teacher strikes no matter what happens during negotiations between school boards and teacher unions.
