Bagubas compete at Districts, Bardo advances to Regionals

The Bagubas will advance one wrestler

to the Regional tournament in Sharon next week.

Hunter Bardo placed 2nd in the 171# bracket,

Ridgway wrestler Zack Zelcs defeated Bardo in the championship bout.

Dom Manginell lost a heartbreaking 8-6 overtime

consi final bout to Brandon Bailey (Redbank Valley))

, placing 4th at Districts.

Aaron Burnside was also stopped in the consi finals in

a tough 5-4 loss to Lee Russel (Cranberry) in the 285#

match, earning Burnside a 4th place finish.
